She has been playing them for 15 years and has twice been awarded the title of the National Laureate of Lithuania. The Kanklės is the Lithuanian National instrument, which remains relatively unknown to many. Emilija is passionate about sharing the Kanklės with new audiences, and has now become a regular performer in the UK. Her performances are characterized by skillful integration of the traditional folk instrument into diverse genres, including classical, pop, and folk music.

Starting at 1pm.
